Memory Upgrade

User: Hi, I have a screw driver and the memory here. I’ve undocked the laptop and have it bottom up.
Me: Great! Lets get started. Go a head and locate a small panel on the back of the computer with the letter M next to it.
User: I don’t see anything here. What’s Strike Zone? There is a little thing here that says WIndows XP. Could t be on the side of the computer? I don’t see what you’re talking about.
Me: With the latch facing you look on the middle right. You’ll see one screw there, unscrew it and lift the panel up.
User: OK! …. umm I don’t see anything.
Me: Huh?
User: I don’t know what you’re talking about there isn’t anything here. There’s a bunch of numbers & bar codes.
Me: :Sigh: I’ll email you some pictures and basic step by step directions. https://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/latd620/en/SM/memory.htm#wp1124606
Me: Follow Dimm B
User: Ok, I just got them printed out, I don’t know what you mean. Do I take off the keyboard? I don’t think I can do that.
Me: Follow the directions for Dimm B.
User: I can’t find the panel.
Me: :Sigh: Just take some time and look for it. It looks just like the picture.
