2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1⁄4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Preheat small pan on medium
Remove from heat and place small pad of butter in pan
As butter melts 1/2 way place 1/3 - 2/3 cup of pancake dough onto butter
Place on heat and cook till the bubbles have mostly popped, keeping an eye on your heat, then flip and finish cooking.
Serve with jelly, syrup, or nothing at all.
